Bloopers 2014

I just wanted to take a minute and thank the artists, dancers and/or teachers that came by to take part in the interviews for My Montreal Art and Fitness. It has been so far a really great learning experience and I have gotten to know some very talented people. If you have seen any of the interviews, you can see that none have them been edited. I believe that you should be able to talk to someone for 3 or 4 minutes honestly and openly, however, since this is all new to me, I did have slight problem remembering names, hence the blooper video. Life is too short not to be able to laugh at oneself.  I do hope you at least get a giggle from it or it put`s a smile on your face. It will be up tomorrow on My Montreal Art and Fitness YouTube at https://www.youtube.com/user/femmechakra

A big thanks to Sophie Protopoulos (Sophie P Fitness), we had a lot of fun that day and I still can`t believe for 12 years, I didn`t know how to properly say your name (lol). I could not have done this video without you and thanks for being a good sport about it.  To Jordan Marchand, Andrew Searles and Danielle Hubbard, it was really appreciated that you took the time to come by and help me slowly get comfortable being in front of a camera. To the women that did Zumba Fitness week, Guylaine Thibeault, Marie Frances, and Niria Fernandez, I wish you all the best with much success, hopefully we will see each other again soon.

If you get a chance, whether it be My Montreal Art and Fitness Blog at http://femmechakra.blogspot.ca or the You Tube channel, do take a minute and visit, there are some really fantastic artists in this city.  To those that took the time to chat and that helped to support, it has been a pleasure and I really appreciated it. I have to admit, I love getting to know people`s stories and their art whether it be in dance, the theatre, comedy, film, music, the last few months has been hectic but very rewarding in all aspects.  I enjoyed promoting such great talent.

Some new and exciting things coming up on My Montreal Art and Fitness, hopefully you will find some of the artists, teachers and/or entertainers interesting, I really do. It is remarkable for me to learn so much about people I sometimes barely know and to appreciate their art so much.

One year older and although time is pushing forward, this project makes me feel young and keeps me on my quest to get into better shape mentally as well as physically. Cheers and thanks to those that took the time to stop by.
